From there, I’ll send over my full wedding investment guide, answer any questions you may have, and schedule a consultation so we can connect and ensure we're the perfect fit.

2 - securing your date

Once we’ve chosen a date and package, I’ll send over your contract and invoice through a secure, easy-to-use client portal. With a signed agreement and paid retainer, your date is officially reserved. From there, the planning begins! Together, we’ll curate a day that feels intentional, personal, and reflective of your story. I’ll share planning resources, timeline guidance, and thoughtful details to help you feel fully supported from start to finish.

3 - your wedding day

The day is here, and it’s time to be present. I’ll be there to quietly and thoughtfully document every meaningful glance, joyful tear, and in-between moment. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an edited preview gallery to relive the first glimpses of your celebration.

4 - your final gallery

Once your full gallery is ready, you’ll receive a private online link delivered straight to your inbox. This is the moment to pour a glass of something special, relive your day through every image, and experience your story all over again. You’ll have full access to download, share, and order fine art prints and heirloom keepsakes designed to last for generations.

Booking begins with a quick inquiry through my contact form. From there, I’ll guide you through selecting a package that fits your vision. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer officially secure your date. Everything is handled with care and intention from the very first message.

2. How far in advance should we reach out?

Weddings are typically booked 6-18 months in advance, though I occasionally have shorter-term availability. For portrait sessions, 1-3 months is ideal. If you have specific dates in mind-especially during peak seasons, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

3. What's included in your photography packages?

Each collection is thoughtfully curated to include high-resolution edited images, a private online gallery, print rights, and personalized planning support. From location scouting to outfit guidance, I’m here to make the experience effortless and elevated.

4. what's the turnaround time?

Preview galleries for weddings are delivered within 72 hours, with the full collection ready in 6-10 weeks. For portraits, your final gallery will be delivered within 2-6 weeks. Every image is edited with intention to reflect the timeless, refined aesthetic you see in my work.

5. Do you travel?

Absolutely. While I'm based in Fargo, ND and the surrounding lakes area of Minnesota, I love to travel for weddings and sessions across the Midwest and beyond. Whether you're planning a celebration locally or a destination wedding abroad, I’d love to come along.

After booking, you’ll receive a comprehensive style + session guide, created to help you feel confident and prepared. From wardrobe suggestions to location recommendations, I’ll help you design a shoot that feels effortless and true to you.
